You are welcome.

BTW, the chart now displays "No data" when it does not have data.

However, you may want consider exposing it a a property or event so that a developer can change the text in a multilingual application.

@Frederick

I've uploaded a new installer (1.2.6.410) update specifically for 64-bit installations; please test it.

If it passes the test, I'll begin implementing the other improvements.

Hi Marlon,

Have you been able to get the 64-bit installation working for Rad Studio 10.3 Rio on your side?

If not, can you let me know the manual procedures to compile and install the components for the 64-bit environment from within Rad Studio?

Hi Frederick, I managed to install it on Delphi 10.3 Update 3.

I couldn't simulate it on Update 1 and 2 versions because those versions have a specific bug in the runtime compilation of packages.

If you want to perform a manual installation, the process is simple.

Just open the UniFalcon/Package folder and select the corresponding version for your Delphi, in your case TUniFalcon26.dpk.

After opening the package in the IDE, click Compile and then Install.

Hi Marlon,

Thanks. I will give it a shot with the latest version.

Hi Marlon,

I am afraid I am still getting the error when compiling for 64 bit within Rad Studio.

I don't think it is an issue with the Rad Studio version I am using since I have been using UniFalcon since November 2021 and I have not upgraded the version (10.3.2) since then. Your components have been installing fine for both 32 bit and 64 bit versions with this version until I mention the issues with TUniSFGoogleChart and your new installer (or sources or DPK files) is now no longer compiling correctly.

Additionally, why is UniFalcon referencing UniGUI's UniGU26Core file? Does UniGUI have 64 bit compiled units?

Exactly, that's what I imagined, that you were using version 10.3.2. This version has several bugs, and the main one, which my installer uses, is the runtime packages.

I strongly recommend that you update the patch to 10.3.3, or any other version that is not 10.3.1 or 10.3.2. This will eliminate that problem, and we can focus on the improvements you need in the graphics component.

I did not update the Rad Studio version to 10.3.3 because of the need to un-install Rad Studio and re-install all my components. The system is being used in production and I cannot afford downtime.

Your component is the only one I have issue with the 64-bit compilation, after version 392.

Since you are unable to update, I will check what modifications were made to the runitme packages from version 1.2.6.392 to 1.2.6.421.

Hi Marlon,

I managed to install Rad Studio 10.4.2 Sydney but I still cannot install the 64 bit version of UniFalcon 421 version (32 bit is OK).

With version 392 of UniFalcon, I was able to install both 32 and 64 bit versions.

Please send me the complete log so I can analyze it; you can do so via private message.

Hi Marlon,

Please help me resolve this ASAP as even a fresh installation of default directories for Rad Studio and Unigui still causes 64 bit installation issues with UniFalcon.

It shouldn't be this hard to fix.
