why my web sometimes die?

   I am from china,I use uniGUI 1472 and c++builder10.2.3 tokyo ,and I use Google Chrome browser,( 68.0.3440.106（64 bit）),But sometimes the web died,when I click anything,It have no response, and when I close and open the site again,I work normally,why?

I am your licensed user,I use unigui1472+c++builder10.2.3 and another friend user delphi happend too.I download the setup file from your www.unigui.com.The problem happens only sometimes,1/50 about.

Please change logs files first to see if there are any logged error nessages.
