Resize box for resize components at run-time

Hi Everybody:

 

As a bigger project I want to make a form editor and a report editor with UniGui.

 

I see the example of drag and drop components and I like it.

 

There is a resize box I can use to do that?

 

There is a way to implement snap-to-grid?
