Problem with fall system

Sistema Fenix

Recommended Posts

Hi Farshad,

I'm having a lot of complaints from users about fall the system , I checked the log and users are correct.

This log is today and in the period of 00 hrs until 07hrs did not have access, but as you can see the system restarted.

I am used IIS 8.

Please could you help me figure out why this is happening?

I let as a site because for every customer I create a subdomain and let the dll in directory  this subdomain with a unique pool.

Abraços.

Marlon,

I'm sure I did as the manual that Farshad provided, I'm thinking it was some windows update that changed some parameters, it never happened to you?

I have created several pools and all are exactly alike, I'm finding a lot of coincidence.

Idle Time-out(minutes) = 0

Onde resolveu meu problema.

abaixo log antigo:

Yes, since this also happened to me, but before I was set to Application, after that I had migrated to the site and fix the properties:

In the application spool was setted to 20, I changed to 0

Idle Time-out (minutes) = 0

Which solved my problem.

  • Administrators

Actually IdleTime-Out will work if its value is bigger than uniGUI SessionTimeOut.

If your application is idle for more than SessionTimeOut interval then it means that no session is active anymore, so it is safe to unload your module.

By default in IIS IdleTime-Out is 20 minutes which is bigger than uniGUI default which is 10 minutes.

In Fenix case it is set to 5 minutes which means when IIS unloads your module there can be active sessions in uniGUI.
