Unfortunately we have no control over wire transfers, as we don't receive them directly. Normally wire transfers should be processed within 2-3 business days, but depending on originating country it may take up to 7 business days or even more for completion of payment. Please send an email to orders@fmsoft.net if your wire transfer is not processed even after 7 business days and we will try to clear it with our payment processor. Please attach a copy of your bank payment receipt to your email. Another important point is to make sure that your side will handle all transfer charges and transactions fees, so our payment processor will receive the exact amount transferred.
