I am going to purchase "uniGui complete" license, but i need na invoice issued to my company width our VAT number (PT) for fiscal purpuses.

Where do I put that info in the order?

In that case, is it with or without VAT? Since is between to European Countries.

Let me explain. When you order, at the last page before you complete the payment there is a field where you can enter your VAT id.

After your VAT id is entered it will be evaluated and VAT will not be charged for your order.

Thank you for your reply.

 

When i try to pay with paypal, it goes directly to payment and that option does not appear.

I've tryed to pay with credit card, but it is allways refused (several cards). It could be a bank security feature (it was what the bank said to me).

Should i submit the order using "wire transfer"?

When you use PayPal, after you finish with Paypal it will return to our store again where you can finalize the purchase and enter your VAT ID.

 

OK, but i will pay with VAT...

And you will issue an invoice without VAT...

Hi,

 

No it will not complete the payment. It completes it only when you are back to our store..

Please try it. If it fails let me know and I will execute a refund immediately.

i just order UNIGui on Nov,27 via paypal....

i received my bill on dec, 4 and my transaction was posted at nov, 29....

 

but until now i have not received any license and user id to login in customer portal....

 

please response and help me A.S.A.P couse i need to develope my work quickly...

 

BTA my transaction id/paypal was 0F813595KM677114N (status completed)

Yes, your order is completed and all related emails are sent to your email in the same day of 27th November.

I suspect that some of those mails are gone into your spam folder.

Can you please check your spam folder?

Hi,

you can renew after it expires. It's recommended to do this within first month after expiration.

Currently, there is no time limit, but we can restrict it in the future, so if you want to renew please don't wait more than six months.
