Hangi durumda true veya False olarak ayarlamalıyım? Ayrıca FetchAll yapinca tüm kayıtlar gride yükleniyor. Aynı şekilde hangi durumda FetchAll 'un durumunu true veya false olarak ayarlamalıyım?
