Customer Area Web Application

Update 5 Nov 2014:  Beta mode Customer Portal is no longer online. This was a temporary service.

 

Dear Developers,

 

You can enter customer area by clicking here.

 

At the moment all you can do here is issuing a license key which will be sent to your forum email address.

 

In order to login you need to enter your forum email address and password.

 

 

Important notes:

 

-If you haven't used your primary email or your corporate email address to register in forums it is right time to change your email address before you access customer area web application. The reason for this is that we will use your email as our primary source to identify you. So it is better to identify yourself with an email address such as myfullname@mycompany.com rather than an email like hann_solo85@hotmail.com.

 

-Change your password now if you think it is not strong enough. Customer area will be a private area for you and it is better not to protect it with a password as simple as 1234.

 

-By entering customer area you agree that you are given access to a commercial product and all the license keys are issued solely for you and your own usage. None of these information can be shared with other developers, third parties, forum members and etc. You are responsible for keeping your license keys from unauthorized access.

 

- Please inform us about  possible technical issues regarding customer area web application by posting in this forum.

 

- Currently there is an issue in forum password hash calculation method. Make sure your password contains alphanumeric characters only:  a..z, A..Z, 0..9

OK.  I already generate the license. Change the password and it worked.   Thanks

Changed email, received license, worked like a charm. Thanks!

 

Will we bind this license to the ExtJS license in future, or how it will be tied to the actual ExtJS? I have one from Sencha, can test if you need any help.

The password you sent is not correct. I can't log on forums using it.

 

I do not understand, I logged to the forum?
