You can try to use this approach:

1. UnimCanvas.ClientEvents.ExtEvents ->

function resize(sender, info, eOpts)
{
    ajaxRequest(sender, '_resize', {})
}

2. UnimCanvas -> OnAjaxEvent:

procedure TMainmForm.UniCanvas1AjaxEvent(Sender: TComponent; EventName: string;
  Params: TUniStrings);
begin
  if EventName = '_resize' then
  begin
    (Sender as TUnimCanvas).Clear
  end;
end;
