OnScreenResize not functioning

I search the forum and looked at ClientSide Alignment - xxx.. But still not executing so I attached a simple test-case.

In your case try this trick:

procedure TMainForm.UniFormScreenResize(Sender: TObject; AWidth,
  AHeight: Integer);
begin
  if UniApplication.FormRegistered(TUniForm1) then
    UniForm1.WebForm.JSInterface.JSCall('center', []);
end;
