is it posible to use another folder instead of inetsrv for project's files in a deployed ISAPI dll?

i 'm using a configuration file in my UniGUI project, but the deployed dll looks for that file in the inetsrv  folder, is it possible to change the path ???

that applies for the images i load using the loadFromFile method, UniImage.Picture.LoadFromFile('assets/images/loginimg.png') i have to add the assets folder in the inetsrv folder  but i want to know i can change the path so i can configurate the path of another folder
