May I know where the mdemo.dll is located ? Trying to run as isapi.dll

I have seen above guide before but I need to know where mdemo.dll is located to copy it to my isapi folder. So where is mdemo.dll  is located in which folder ?

you mean after compile ... then your .dll is in the same folder as the .exe of your project. \win32\debug

When it comes to the .dll in your isapi environment, you can place it where you want as stated in the manual

Or do you mean something else?

Yay, by religiously following the IIS settings, finally got

1. localhost to display

2. isapiapp.dll to work
