Locking IIS

I have a situation with a particular client.
Same IIS configuration as others.
There are few users. Only I have constant crashes, having to restart the Pool.
There is nothing in the log, it just hangs at a certain point and restarting the pool takes time to start.
I don't know where else to try, I tried in many ways.

The operations carried out are simple consultations, reports with fastreport, just like other clients who do not crash.

Do you have any idea what you could check?

One way out was the hyper server, the server got heavy.
The server has 9.7 GB of ram, the database is separate.

Each node occupied 25% of the server's memory, the machine was locked. With 5 users.
Is it possible to get around this?

One way forward could be to investigate/understand when the used memory increases. Does this happens without user interaction or when users are doing anything special. As you only have few users it should be easy to get more info around just by trying your self while looking on memory usage on server. But perhaps something broken - or the system don't have enough access in some parts?

Also check again that the ISAPI / App pool has been setup according to Unigui standards, and that it is not a shared pool.
