URGENT !!! Session Timeout configured but error occuring .

Hello guys

We have a BIG contact center application and recently (after 1525) we are experiencing some issues with session timeout.

Here is the scenario:

We have

sessiontimeout = 600000 (10 minutes)

ajaxtimeout = 300000 (5 minutes)

We have a tunitimer on the MainForm with dummy events enabled (I don't know if I have to put this timer on the MainForm or on the MainModule)

Here is the issue. Sometimes as soon as the agent logs in, we receive a session timeout event (laterally 30s after login), sometimes one or two minutes later.

Then an ajaxerror pops on the screen and it's done.

Any idea whats happening ?

It's urgent.

We are using build 1525.

Thanks in advance.

What are the contents of error screen?

What is the interval of UniTimer?

The contents is basically saying that we are trying to send an ajax request to a session that not exists anymore

The interval on the timer is 10 seconds.

We are using Hyperserver on IIS. The application pool is configured as described on the Unigui's documentation.

Yes, mcAfee.

Is there something we should have to ask our customer to configure ?

Yes, completely remove it! It doesn't allow HyperServer to communicate with it Nodes.

Maybe you can arrange some special settings in Mcafee but I don't know how!

So you think that the mcafee is the cause. Any other IIS parameter or Unigui parameter to change ?
