Yes.

I created an application for Android only with WebView. Introduces the unigui app and has some uniTimers, they create toast messages and work correctly until the screen locks.

Now I need the push messages (and vibrations) to Android device,  even when the screen is locked .

You can use UniOneSignal to achieve this.

Actually there is an example in Delphi, maybe you need to analyze this demo example!?

Hello, 

I was made OneSignal.

After update android studio (I have android project) to last version, then i have made on Android application notification service.

This work but Android device must be >=  android 9
