In Delphi 7 / XE6 i use a component named DICOMVCL, which allows me to manipulate medical images in the DICOM standard through what we call an image viewer. We started with a developer to create a viewer in Unigui here in Brazil, but this one has no time to devote to the project. I am looking for a professional with the ability to create components to help us continue this project.
