uniimage.picture.loadfromfile trouble

[Vision]

Hi 

I did a demo that continuously  load jpeg image, frequency is 1 second. In google crome after a few images the session break like in the image below( I'm just a beginner, seem a rendering problem, i read  somewhere in console).

 

 I'm using the last unigui version 1.5.0.1481 but the problem was present olso in the older version like 1.1.0...... 

If I try the same service on firefox the session survive without problem, escluding the enormous RAM amount used in the client pc.

I'm using win 7 service pack 1, chrome 69.0.3497.100, firefox 62.0.3

Is a web access to a vision inspection system. So I just need to load images (stored in a folder ) in the main form.

For your test are you using a 4GB  ram pc, win 7 an so on? I'm wonder on reading that you did not see the same issues, is a very simple demo. Here I have three diferent pc with same demo and same image: in all the possible combination server-client i have the same problem. So: can you try on another pc?

i can't reproduce this issue with you sample, i try to reduce timer interval to 100ms but i can't reproduce issue

Sometimes may could happen after 1 hour, try also with different client.

On the oder side, if the software is correct, what/where is the problem? Is in the hardware? Windows update?

have you got more info if you click on "further information ".

on chrome devtool maybe there is more info in console, in network tab all calls have a return state 200 ?

Maybe you have got an antivirus that analyze traffic and it is not fast enough or block traffic because there is a call every second

...?

3) no anti virus and firewall disabled. Is an industrial pc

 

Anyway I do not understand why happen in chrome but have never happen in Firefox..

i just se that on my laptop, the demo seem working: i just tried unigui version 1.0.1... and the newest version.

So i have a problem on a couple of win 7 industrial pc. 

This pc are not  updated on the window side: they are updatede till service pack 1 but not totally updated. is important? I dont think because my laptop win 10 is not uptated. 

Is there any package version that i need to verify the vesion, like redistributable package? I remove all plugin and externsion

Hi everyone

I have just installed on a fresh hardware win 10, embarcadero 10.1, unigui last version. The problem seem not to be present. 

If I connect the original pc server to the service of the new pc i have the same error message.

So I think the problem is in the pc settings, any idea? 

Chrome console say Render process gone. what does it mean?

Dev computer :

Virtual computer windows 8.1 x64 + delphi xe7 +unigui 1472

test : debug+ 32 bit

Test Computer  :

physical pc Windows 10 x64 + chrome 69.0.3497.100

other thing :

In the past i had strange problem with delphi on my unigui project.

I deleted Myproject .drc and .rsm files and after all my problem disappeared maybe you have a similar problem ???

Windows 7 Professional SP1 x32 <--- the problem is on the client side, if it's 64bit works fine. I can try with Windows SO x64 and Chrome 32bit.

Hi all,

I ran some test in the weekend and the problem seem to be linked with the operative system, I ran the Cristian's demo on Windows x32 platform and it crash after few images.

If I run the same test on Windows x64 the application work fine!
In win64 with Chrome x32 installed works fine too.

@Farshad Mohajeri  can you reproduce the problem?
