  1. No, as long as you use a Dynamic DNS service; some are free and some cost. There is usually a small client to install to monitor your IP address from changes, some routers have it built in. The DNS service will take your Dynamic IP from your ISP and attach it to this DNS name you setup with them. If your IP changes the DNS service will update their record very quickly for your customers. Perfect for testing and small production usage, unless you have the upload bandwidth to support a larger production system. This can save you the surcharges of a fixed IP from your ISP. Also Dynamic DNS services will provide a way to support other internet services like mail and FTP if needed.
