It's not meant in a bad way, but if you base a project on UniGUI and UniGUI is no longer developed at some point (for whatever reason), that's just a problem. We've had this before with components (e.g. PaxCompiler or SecureBlackBox) and if we hadn't had those in source code that would be damn bad. You can't simply switch a project from UniGUI to another component. For this reason it would be good if you could buy everything that uses the Delphi IDE in the source code, possibly also as a higher license than the current Complete Edition.
And that there is no info that UniGUI consists of Components and Core AND uniTools.
"These are Core, Components, VCL and Design." No word of uniTools.
But as I wrote before, maybe you need more than the uniTools to use the components in Delphi versions where no DCUs exist for.
The only way to be safe in future is, that I can buy everything that is needed as .pas files.
If you do not want to publish this, it is your decision. And I will live with you decision and maybe change to an other component.
